Spice-inspired students will be welcomed into the restaurant with a drink each (glass of house wine 125ml or half pint of kingfisher), before Mister Singh’s family recipe for pakora is revealed. Kitchen connoisseurs will get their hands dirty as they get familiar with the ingredients, learn how to prepare either the chicken, haggis or vegetables, and receive a comprehensive run-through of the cooking technique.

Culinary teams of up to 14 can toast to their success as they munch on a three-course Indian meal that includes their own pakoras, finished off with a healthy dollop of ice-cream. Each customer will also leave clutching a top-secret copy of the recipe, sure to be recreated as a dinner party winner.

Authentic Indian Cookery – Cook Eat and Take Away –  Clydebank College working in partnership with Mr Singh – 1 Day course

This will be an exciting fast-paced class which will give you the skills to prepare some of Mr Singh’s most popular dishes. Impress your family and friends with your authentic Indian cooking!

The Schedule of the day will be:

• 10am (Sharp) – Mr Singh’s Head Chef will demonstrate spiced Onions. Participants will prepare a starter – Vegetable or Chicken Pakora & Sauce
• 12noon – Participants will then eat their starters for lunch and sample the spiced onions, in the Training Dining Room (sparkling water will be provided)
• 1pmish –  Participants will return from lunch and prepare authentic Indian Vegetable Korma or Chicken Bhoona, which they will then take away
• 3/4pm Finish

Booking is required and the deal is valid from Sunday – Thursday. On a Friday and Saturday the table must be vacated by 7pm.
