Our story began with Sardar Jit Singh, affectionately known as Papa Singh, whose dream was to share the warmth, generosity and flavours of Punjab with the people of Glasgow. More than two decades later, four generations of the Singh family continue to honour that dream, preserving the recipes, values and traditions that have been lovingly passed down through each generation. Built on authentic family recipes and traditional Punjabi hospitality, Mister Singh’s India has become a trusted destination for Indian cuisine in Glasgow. Every dish we serve reflects our commitment to quality, authenticity and the belief that great food brings people together. Over the years, our journey has grown far beyond the walls of our restaurant. From creating iconic dishes such as our famous Haggis Pakora to bringing our family recipes into homes through our growing retail range, we remain dedicated to sharing the flavours of Punjab with families across Scotland and beyond.
